Spain will play Poland in the quarterfinals of the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup at the Shanghai Oriental Sports Center on Tuesday afternoon (local time).

Spain have won all five games they’ve played at the finals this year to date, including one of the most impressive victories of the tournament so far in beating the previously undefeated Serbia 81-69 on Sunday evening.

Ricky Rubio led Spain’s attack with 19 points, five rebounds and four assists, while Marc Gasol added 11 points, six rebounds and six assists.

Poland finished the group stage with a 4-1 record after being on the end of a heavy 91-65 loss to Argentina on Sunday evening. The American-born Anthony Darrell “A. J.” Slaughter led Poland with 16 points against the Argentineans.

Spain vs Poland FIBA Betting Lines & Predictions

In terms of Spain vs Poland FIBA predictions for this game, the vast majority of pundits and fans alike believe that this is the end of the line for Poland and that Spain will prove to be vastly superior. That translates into very short odds on Spain to win this game in the 2019 FIBA betting markets unfortunately for would-be backers of the favourites.

On the Moneyline odds, Spain are -2200 (1.04) with bet365, with Poland available at odds of +1150 (12.50) at bet365.

Nobody’s going to get rich backing the Spanish at those odds, so it’s necessary to look elsewhere for a good value basketball bet in this game. On the Point Spread, Spain -15.5pts can be backed at -110 (1.90) with bet365, with Poland +15.5 available at -104 (1.96) with Sports Interaction.

FIBA 2019 Betting Pick: Point Spread – Spain -15.5 @ -110 (1.90) with bet365
