South Africa take on Canada in the Rugby World Cup 2019 at the Kobe Misaki Stadium on Tuesday evening (local time).
This will be South Africa’s final Pool B game before the knockout stage and they know that they will need to win this to ensure their place in the quarterfinals.
For Canada, this will be their third of four Pool B games. The Canucks have, not unexpectedly, lost both their games to date and they are highly unlikely to change that losing record against the Springboks, who are one of the favourites to win the tournament.
In their last game Canada lost 63-0 to the New Zealand All Blacks, which was probably more or less what would have been anticipated going into the game.
The reality is that South Africa will win this game, so predictions from a betting perspective come down to the margin of victory. South Africa won’t want to take any risks, but they will also go into the game with one eye on the quarterfinals, so they are unlikely to over exert themselves with tougher games to come.
