Defensively they have allowed 3.06 Goals per Game, which puts them down in tied 18th position overall. On an individual basis Jack Guentzel has scored 24 goals for the Penguins, while Evgeni Malkin has recorded 39 assists this season.
The Senators were last in action the Tuesday before last, when they lost 3-2 on home-ice to the Arizona Coyotes. The Senators are currently averaging 3.12 Goals per Game which places them 11th in the overall NHL rankings. Defensively they are allowing 3.74 Goals per Game, which leaves them 31st and last in the overall NHL standings.
Mark Stone leads the way for the Senators with regards to goals scored this season with 22, while Thomas Chabot has registered 29 assists to date.
The Penguins are the obvious selection when it comes to predictions for this game. Their form hasn’t been great recently, while the Senators did have a few good results a couple of weeks back. However, the Penguins look too strong going forward for the weak Senators defensive set-up and they are the tips on the Money Line odds.
