Week 15 of the CFL season had a little something for everyone. You had a close game won by an underdog in overtime (Lions beat the Ticats, 35-32). Another team took a late two-point lead thanks to a 56-yard field goal (Roughriders went on to win 30-29 over Toronto). Ottawa needed its defence to come up big against Edmonton—and it did (the Redblacks won 28-15).
Winnipeg had been in desperate need of a win and finally got one at the expense of Johnny Manziel and the Alouettes.
